Richmond Hotel - Mamaia

I recently stayed at Richmond Hotel for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and respectful, always going out of their way to help. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and delicious bread. The hotel even provided complimentary beach access vouchers, allowing us to enjoy the best beach in the area. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very clean place, quite reasonable prices, EFFICIENT staff. Sabroso mamaia rex served dishes within 900 feet off the hotel.

The rooms and facilities are kept spotless, breakfast is served on a lovely terrace, and complimentary parking is available for guests.

The hotel is luxurious.The staff is very nice and polite as it should be in a 4 stars hotel.The hotel is very clean and it smels like a orange fruit .Concerning the restaurant it has a wide variety of tasty food dishes.I also liked the fact that the hotel is close to the sea(2 minutes).

Close to beach and a fair amount of comfort. Staff was helpful within the limits allowed. Hotel looks and feels like a 4 star hotel, however services and comfort offer at the most a 3 star service. Not worth the extravagant cost per night.

As soon as we stepped outside the surroundings were dirty and not taken care of. The rooms are not phonically insulated and one can hear conversations of neighbors. Bathtub had problems and the whole bathroom flooded, the toilet seat kept falling off, even after an intervention. Staff smoke in the lobby which immediately dropped the 4 star rating to at the most 3 stars. The restaurant was never opened and room service (as well as other service presented to us) was never open. Staff could not give us reasons for this. Breakfast was not worthy of a 4 star hotel, by far. Overall, quite mediocre for the extravagant rate per night. Staff needs to be trained on how to act and behave in order to provide 4 star services.

The rooms at Richmond Hotel were amazing! They were spacious and had a great air conditioning system, which kept me cool during the hot summer days. The fact that the rooms also had balconies was a bonus, as I could enjoy the beautiful views while sipping my morning coffee. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the privacy and comfort offered by these rooms.

Although the rooms were fantastic, I found the spa bath in the private bathroom unnecessary for my trip. It felt a bit too luxurious for my liking, but I understand that some guests might enjoy this feature.

Hotel is new and is verry clean,the staf are verry friendly and the restaurant is great .

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also enjoyed the variety of facilities available, including the rooftop terrace and small pool. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was large and with everything you need. the furniture was a quality one, with a big bed and a large bath. the air conditioning was very powerfull and did a nice work with the hot weather.

Great rooms & Location

Everything was great about my stay, the rooms were spotless and spacious. I couldn't ask for better accommodations. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which makes it easy to access all the places I needed to go. I also loved the beautiful view from my room, it was simply breathtaking.

The service was not up to par. The staff was unprofessional and not very helpful.

The staff was helpful and kind, good breakfast with fruits and good bread, free beach access vouchers, excellent beach nearby, clean room with a good carpet, good location.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a blast hitting the golf course and trying our luck at windsurfing. The hotel's location was prime, right in the heart of all the action. The staff was super chill and made sure we had an awesome time.

If I had to nitpick, I wish there were more nightlife options nearby. As young party animals, we were craving some wild clubbing scenes.

Conveniently close to the beach, it offered free access to sun beds on the beach nearby. The staff was fantastic, always going above and beyond to help us out. We enjoyed the variety of options available at the breakfast and the hotel facilities were really good. It was great to have a small pool at the first floor, a rooftop terrace, and another terrace in front of the restaurant.
